Indian team pulled off a comfortable win today at Eden Gardens, Kolkata after having made to chase a mammoth target of 316. India missing the services of Yuvraj Singh(Finger Injury) & captain cool M.S Dhoni(Fined) won the fourth ODI to take an unassailable lead of 3-1 in the Karbonn Cup.

India conquers Top spot in ICC Test Rankings

Srilanka were eventually dusted out by the Indians on the final day of the third test of the Jaypee Cup 2009 thus claiming a series win by 2-0. This win propelled India to no.1 spot in the ICC test rankings. India truly deserves the win after playing better cricket throughout the series. It was not an individual effort but team effort which lead India to accomplish this feat.

Team India – Defeated but not Dusted

It’s official, India is out of the T20 World Cup 2009. The team which won the inaugural T20 World Cup 2007 is out this time not even reaching the semifinal stage in the tournament. Last time there was no pressure, nobody even expected India to win & they did just that. From there on formed a team which started dominating in the all forms of the game. A team which played great cricket & was ready to take on any opposition. A team which was slowly but surely gearing towards their dream – Emerging triumph in World Cup 2011.
